For the second year in a row, we are happy to bring back a unique coffee from Yuki Minami’s Minami Agricola in Brazil. This special preparation brings us a unique take on all the things we love about Brazilian coffees, leaving us with a cup full of rich chocolate ganache, candied lime and praline with a tart strawberry finish. Fans from last year will remember this pineapple infused anaerobic natural as a welcome departure from your “typical” fruit explosion and sometimes boozy anaerobic processed coffees. Instead, this coffee from Yuki’s farm Fazenda Olhos D’Aqua in the Minas Gerais region is an elevated easy drinker, full of classic Brazilian character but with added layers of excitement as the cup opens up. Yuki’s dedication to quality and consistency shine through in this coffee and is the reason her coffees have been a feature on our single origin menu and the backbone of many of our blends for years.
